As is common throughout Ethiopia, smallholder farmers, each owning less than one hectare of land, deliver cherry to the mill and receive premiums based on the grades of coffee they supply.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe have a strong appreciation for the coffee from Hambela Wamena, and this Guji selection exhibits the same layers of sweetness that impressed us during our initial purchase.
